Deposits are due within 14 days of booking
All packages require 50% deposit
in order to confirm a reservation - min 90 days before the date of the start of the trip
(bank transfer or paypal payment)
Booking will be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date, indicated on your confirmation letter
Upon receipt of payment of deposit,
we'll remit - email you all relevant documents
The balance payment you can to settle
after arrival at the resort
Cancellations will be refunded only made 90 days prior to the beginning date of the reservations, minus a 25% service charge based on the total price of the package
Changes in reservation dates are considered cancellations and are subject to our cancellation policy. Deposits are not transferable to another reservation or reservation date
